GoHighLevel CRM Full Setup

I’ve just opened a fresh GoHighLevel account and need the entire back-end configured so that leads from my Facebook and Instagram pages flow straight into the CRM, trigger an AI-driven reply, and land neatly on my Google Calendar.

Here’s what I need done:

• Social integration – connect both Facebook and Instagram so every new comment, ad reply, or DM is captured as a contact.
• AI agent – build and train the in-platform bot to send immediate, natural-sounding answers and guide prospects toward booking.
• Calendar – create my Google Calendar sync, set my availability, and link it to the booking pages and AI prompts.
• SMS pipeline – activate Twilio (or the native GoHighLevel provider) and configure:
– Automated follow-ups after the first contact
– Appointment reminders 24 h and 1 h before meetings
– Occasional promotional broadcasts I can trigger myself

When you’re finished I expect: contacts flowing in from both socials, the bot answering and scheduling without me, messages firing on the timelines above, and a short Loom walkthrough so I know where everything lives.
