Fitness Network Financial Portal (CRM/INVOICING)

It is a financial system that invoices fitness memberships to the gym members and invoices to Companies where the gym members work. Many times both pay their share. The gym Club is the 3rd party involved and gets a fee as well.
There is an existing portal available written in Laravel PHP, but has many flaws and need to be rebuild. Some bits of code could possibly be used, but do not have the desire to build a new system on ruins.
The portal must be completed by December.
