Experienced Virtual Assistant for Medical Tech Outreach
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a growing medical technology company looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to conduct outreach to physician offices (primarily pediatrics and neurology practices) to schedule product demos for our FDA-registered medical device.
Our product improves access to care and diagnostic accuracy for children with neurological conditions, and we’re expanding our customer base nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to physician offices (mainly pediatric and neurology clinics)
Engage office staff or practice managers using a provided call script and materials
Explain the product and schedule 20–30 minute demo calls for our sales team
Log call outcomes and track follow-ups in our CRM or spreadsheet
Send follow-up emails as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience making outbound sales or appointment-setting calls, ideally in the medical or healthcare sector
Excellent communication skills (friendly, professional, and clear)
Comfortable speaking with office managers, front desk staff, and physicians
Organized and detail-oriented — able to track call results accurately
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Availability during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Eastern time)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with medical device sales, telemarketing to clinics, or healthcare lead generation
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets
