Objective
Set up a complete CRM system on Monday.com to track and manage outreach to 150 target clients. This CRM must streamline communication, proposal customization, and follow-ups.

1 Main Contact Board – Contacts, roles, region, priority, etc.
2 Client Data Board – State-specific data: airlines, passengers, etc.
3 Outreach Campaign Board – Tracks email/LinkedIn activity, proposals, and webinar invites.
4 Response Tracking Board – Records lead responses, objections, LOI status, estimated value.
5 Task Management Board – Team assignments for calls, proposals, and follow-ups.
Each board must have the specified columns and allow easy cross-linking where needed.
