Excel Online Shipyard CRM Build - 17/01/2026 03:07 EST
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a lightweight CRM built inside Microsoft Excel Online so my team can nurture relationships between our shipyard and each vessel we service. The workbook should open seamlessly for several users at once, with cell-level change tracking so we can always see who updated what and when.
For every vessel-client pair I want to capture contact information, role of the contact (captain, chief engineer, management, etc.), last contact type, last contact date, full service history, and any relevant vessel data. A separate sheet or an elegant dashboard view should let us sort or filter by “last touched,” making it effortless to spot stale relationships.
Alerts are essential:
• Flag any client whose next outreach date has slipped past due.
• Show a programmable reminder when a five-year yard period is approaching for a vessel.
• Surface a quick note when significant data has just been modified, so no edits go unnoticed.
Because we handle only customer relations, the file must stay free of invoicing, contracts, or other financial modules. Clean layout, color-coded status indicators, and dropdowns for common fields will help the team adopt it quickly.
Deliver a ready-to-use Excel Online workbook (or connected SharePoint list if that simplifies live collaboration) plus brief setup notes so I can roll it out to the crew the same day.
