Excel Analysis & CRM Overhaul
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m streamlining the way my data flows from raw spreadsheets into our CRM, and I need an Excel-savvy, CRM-literate partner to make it happen.
On the Excel side, the job centres on turning large, messy tables into clear insights. That means building pivot tables that can be sliced and refreshed at will, running the statistical tests that reveal trends or outliers, and wrapping the results in eye-catching visualisations. I’ll hand over the raw CSVs; you send back a single workbook with clean data tabs, dynamic pivots, automated calculations, and an executive-ready dashboard.
Once the numbers tell their story, we’ll push them to the CRM. I need every historical record migrated accurately, custom fields and workflows set up so future imports slot in effortlessly, and key tools—think email marketing and support platforms—linked via the CRM’s native integrations or API. If you prefer Zapier or a direct REST approach, that flexibility is welcome as long as look-ups, tags, and automations fire correctly.
Deliverables
• Excel workbook featuring pivot tables, statistical summaries, and interactive charts
• Fully migrated CRM database with customised fields/workflows
• Tested integrations that sync contacts and activity in real time
• A short hand-off guide covering refresh steps, field mappings, and rollback instructions
If you have the skill to move fluidly between advanced Excel (Power Query, formulas, VBA if needed) and hands-on CRM configuration, let’s talk timelines and next steps.
