Enquiry Logging and tracking system - email parsing
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I have an issue whereby most of my business enquiries come via our wordpress website in an email - all the email come from wordress and the potential customers contact details are embedded in the email.
This seems to prevent the 'off the shelf' crm systems form autmatically creating customer / contact records.
I need someone to solve this problem for us - most likely involving implementing a new crm system for us - I am happy for the candidate to select the crm - opensource ideally and to develop a system whereby both regular e-mails and wordpress forms are converted into customer records and contacts within the crm allowing us to reposnd and monitor enquiry and repsonse rates
it would be idela for the crm to also be able to integrate into our telcoms system - 3cx
