Emailing from my CRM

I need a way to mass email roughly 2,000 people a day. Microsoft has daily sending limits. I need some form of software or program or a way to be able to do this. Can you help? Please let me know. I own my own company, have my own domain, emails etc. I need to be able to mass email these people I have in my CRM for new positions I have and clients in my CRM for their new jobs. I am taking bids on this project as I need to get it up and running in the next week to two weeks at the latest. I would like to hear your idea's on how this can be done. My CRM has mass emailing capabilities. I just need a way to do this. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thx so much and my contact info is below.
