Email Deliverability Fix: SPF, DKIM, DMARC

I have already set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for my domain. However, I'm still experiencing issues with email deliverability. My emails are simply not reaching the intended recipients. I received an initial verification on all three but my Dmarc reports are coming back as failed. I am a novice and realize I need help with this.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in email deliverability: I need a professional who can accurately diagnose and rectify the problem.
- Gmail/Outlook Knowledge: Familiarity with Outlook/Gmail interface and settings is helpful as it's used when sending from outside our CRM.

Familiarity with Zoho CRM a plus but not required.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- In-depth understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC implementation.
- Specific experience with deliverability issues when sending from Gmail and outlook.
