Education charity CRM implementation

We are a national education charity based in Wiltshire introducing a commercial CRM and event management system. We need an experienced IT project manager to help us configure and implement the system to deliver customer service and business benefits.
Our main customers are teachers and schools across England, for whom we deliver professional training, courses and events both online and offline, and students for whom we provide online tuition.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with technical teams to implement CRM systems successfully with a rounded skill set including business analysis, change management, internal comms and training. Knowledge of specific CRM is not essential.
This is a six month assignment, ideally starting in March 2022.
DBS clearance required.
