ERP Next Expert for Focused Instruction -- 2

Description:
I’m looking for an experienced ERPNext developer who can provide a hands-on tutoring session on advanced topics. Here’s what I need:
My Background:
I’m a seasoned software engineer, comfortable with Python, JavaScript, AWS, Node.js, React, Angular, and Express.js, and have experience with backend and frontend development.
I already have ERPNext set up locally and on an AWS instance (both manual installation and Docker). I opted for manual installation because it gives me finer control over the database and environment.
What I Need:
Duration: 3 hours total, split into two 90-minute sessions. The reason why i think 3 hours more or less should be enough is because I have used and tried my hands on ERPNext and believe that an expert in ERPNext will simply have to guide me on certain things. Each question and its solution should take 10-15 mins to implement and learn I only want to know specifics about the points mentioned below.
Topics to Cover:
1. Customization & Role-Based Access Control. (I have a few doubts, just need clarity on those.)
2. How to customize the ERPNext UI/Website for different teams. (Again, just need to ask a few doubts. I have already more or less implemented the website that I want)
3. Best practices for restricting form/field editing based on user roles.
4. Maker-Checker Process (Setting up a workflow that requires approval before certain fields in a custom Doctype can be edited/updated.)
5. Autocomplete Form Using External REST API
6. Exposing certain Doctypes through RESTfull API to my external partners can access the ERP Doctype Data
7. Backup, Restore, and Environment Setup Strategies for version control, environment management (testing vs production), and best practices for managing backups/restores. (Optional if time permits)
Expectations:
1. This is a teaching/consultation session; I already have the project and ERP setup locally. I would be sharing my screen and asking the you to show me how certain things are done or to write simple Client or Server Scripts on ERPNext
2. You should be comfortable walking me through the process step-by-step, explaining your reasoning and answering questions.
3. Knowledge of customizing Doctypes, developing custom workflows, and integrating external APIs within ERPNext is a must.
4. Experience with manual server setup (Ubuntu, bash/shell scripting) is also important so you can speak to the manual installation and database maintenance side of things (Optional)
