ERP/CRM System Developer Needed

I’m upgrading our operations to a single, scalable ERP & CRM environment and need a developer who has already designed and rolled out similar business-critical systems. The project spans architecture, build, and go-live.

Core functionality I must see working from the first release:
• Workflow automation that removes manual hand-offs between sales, purchasing and finance
• A well-structured database layer for reliable, high-volume transaction storage and reporting
• Seamless third-party API integrations (payment gateways, logistics, BI tools, etc.)
• Batch/lot tracking for full product traceability
• Physical stock-audit reconciliation that mirrors on-hand inventory down to the bin level

Platform and tech stack are flexible. I’m open to Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or a custom solution. On a custom build, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or Node.js on the back end and React or Vue on the front end all fit into our infrastructure, so choose the stack you can deliver fastest and maintain easily.

What I expect as deliverables:
1. A detailed technical blueprint covering data model, module layout, and integration touchpoints
2. Incremental, testable modules pushed to our Git repo (CI/CD ready)
3. Comprehensive documentation and hand-off training for my in-house team
4. Deployed instance on our cloud environment with production-grade security, backups, and monitoring
