Dynamics CRM Customization for NDIS & Aged Care

I'm looking for a professional to customize my Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The customizations will be focused on lead generation and social media content management, specifically for the Australian NDIS and Aged Care sectors. The areas of the CRM system that will need to be customized include:

- Lead Management: This will require the creation of custom lead forms, as well as the implementation of lead scoring and ranking systems and automated lead assignments.
- Social Media Integration: This will involve linking the CRM with various social media platforms to facilitate content management and tracking.
- Reporting and Analytics: I need comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor the effectiveness of the lead management and social media integration.

I am starting from scratch, so there are no existing data or systems that need to be integrated.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
