We want to make changes in our D365 CRM backend.
1. Replacing the emails triggered for the opportunity, Order Id, Leads etc.
2. Facing issue with order ID. When the opportunity is closed as won the automated Order Id is not created and mail is not triggered.
3. Assigning the account to other sales person, Shoots automated order Id mail again of previous order
