CRM Developer – Build Dual Dashboards for Funding and Grants

About the Project

We are developing two CRM systems that share a similar structure and purpose:

    1.    A Business Credit & Funding Dashboard for helping companies build credit and qualify for loans (WORLD QUEST CAPITAL).

    2.    A Grant Management Dashboard for nonprofits and startups applying for grants (GRANT FUNDS LLC).

Both dashboards need to guide clients through a step-by-step process, from sign-up to approval. You’ll be provided with full visual flowcharts that map out the logic, client steps, and features. Your job is to bring these systems to life in a clean, functional, and easy-to-use format.

Each platform will have AI-powered tools built in to help automate tasks, track progress, and improve the client experience.


What You Will Build

Client Portal (Front-End):

   •   Secure client sign-up with e-signature integration

   •   Multi-step intake form

   •   Progress tracker with reminders and alerts

   •   Document upload and download system

   •   Task lists and stage-based guidance

Admin Dashboard (Back-End):

   •   Full client database with status tracking

   •   Messaging center for client communication

   •   Deadline and task management tools

   •   Activity logs, performance analytics, and reporting features
   •   User roles and permissions for staff

AI-Powered Tools:

   •   Smart reminders for missing information

   •   Readiness scoring system (credit score, grant progress, etc.)

   •   Built-in AI assistant for answering client questions

   •   Automatic form-fill tools using AI document analysis

Third-Party Integrations:
   •   Credit bureaus (DUNS, Experian, Equifax)

   •   e-Signature platforms (HelloSign, DocuSign)

   •   Cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.)

   •   Optional low-code tools (Zapier, Integromat, Glide, Softr, Airtable)


Technical Skills Required

   •   Frontend: React, Vue, or HTML/CSS/JavaScript

   •   Backend: Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar

   •   Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

   •   AI Integration: OpenAI API, LangChain, or other LLMs

   •   Cloud Hosting: AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean

   •   PDF Tools: Ability to auto-generate and pre-fill PDFs


Ideal Candidate

   •   Understands basic logic flows and can follow diagrams

   •   Writes clean, well-organized code

   •   Communicates clearly and provides regular updates

   •   Comfortable working independently after initial setup

   •   Can explain technical decisions in plain language
