A Direct Sales / Sales Coordinator.
We've been established 17 years. We are in the early stages of rebuilding, expanding the company. After contracting due to the pandemic. We have been running stsbly. We are now looking to build a team. I've been running most aspects of the company over the last couple of years, but due to expansion, the workload is growing. I'm an expert in direct sales, sales trainer, team builder, motivator, that's pretty much what I do. And marketing as well.
I've developed some unique concepts, which I mentor self employed ambitious people. I train mindset and work ethic and develop communication skills and general business skills.
I'm looking for somebody to join the team, to work remotely. bit of a split role, so somebody who enjoys direct sales, & being part of that Positive, fast moving environment. So quite some news, energetic live there. And also got many skills, because if as a sales coordinator as well, which we will be split between the two, needs, have good office skills, telephone manner, people skills, had many skills, computer skills and any other skills, such as social media. And as we're as our sales is remote as well, we have got people working overseas. And now imagine the next stage of our expansion will be people will be selling overseas. So any languages, I suppose, would be an advantage as well. So yeah, if

Over the past few years, I’ve personally managed most aspects of the business. However, with expansion underway, the workload is increasing, and I’m now looking for the right person to join me.
My background is in direct sales, sales training, team building, motivation, and marketing — that’s my expertise. I’ve also developed several unique concepts and mentor ambitious self-employed individuals to run their own businesses selling the products. I focus on mindset, work ethic, communication skills, and business development.
The Role
This is a remote, freelance position with a split focus:
1. Direct Sales
You should enjoy being part of a positive, fast-moving, performance-driven sales team / environment. Energy, enthusiasm, and confidence are important.
2. Sales Coordination
Alongside sales activity, you’ll support coordination tasks, so strong organisational and administrative skills are essential. You will need:
Excellent telephone manner
Strong people skills
Good computer skills
A creative / graphical eye
Social media awareness (an advantage)
General all-round business competence
Our sales operation is remote, with team members selling to businesses in the UK. As we expand further, we anticipate selling internationally, so additional languages would be a strong advantage.
