Digital Products E-commerce With CRM -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to launch an online store focused exclusively on digital products and I need a full-featured e-commerce site that plugs seamlessly into a CRM. The core objectives are simple: visitors should be able to browse, purchase and instantly download my files, while every order and contact detail is pushed into a CRM for automated follow-ups and customer lifecycle tracking.
Platform & tech stack
I’m flexible on where we build—Shopify, WooCommerce or a lightweight custom build are all on the table—so feel free to recommend the stack you believe will give the best mix of speed, security and scalability. Likewise, I haven’t committed to a specific CRM yet; Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho could all work if the integration is clean. Your guidance here will carry weight.
Key requirements
• Secure checkout with Stripe and/or PayPal
• Automated delivery of digital files (link expiry, download limits)
• Basic subscription or licence-key handling for future expansion
• Responsive design that looks sharp on mobile and desktop
• Order, customer and behavioural data synced to the chosen CRM in real time
• Google Analytics and SEO essentials in place from day one
• Admin area that lets me upload new products and see sales at a glance
Deliverables
1. Fully functional e-commerce site deployed on my domain
2. CRM integration configured, tested and demonstrated
3. Brief video or PDF walkthrough showing daily workflows (add product, fulfil order, pull CRM report)
4. Bug-free hand-off after final round of testing
Acceptance criteria
• A test purchase processes successfully, the buyer receives the download link and the contact appears in the CRM with the proper tags.
• Mobile PageSpeed score above 85.
• No critical errors in console or checkout flow.
If this matches your skill set, let’s talk about the stack you’d pick and your estimated timeline for getting us live.
