B2B Demo Appointment Setter (PST)

I’m a recruiter for Zahela Ai, a Vancouver-based automation agency that helps local plumbers and HVAC contractors win back the jobs that slip through the cracks. I need a reliable caller who can jump on the phone four hours a day, 9 AM – 1 PM Pacific, and simply ask owners for permission to receive a two-minute video demo—no hard selling, just a friendly invitation.

To fit in smoothly with the rest of the team you should already have some experience with cold calling, ideally from the technology/software space, and be comfortable working inside a CRM and a dialer system.

What the job looks like day-to-day: log into the dialer, call the list we provide, secure the “yes, send it over,” tag the contact in our CRM, or email team, and move on to the next number. We handle the follow-up and closing. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate plus a CAD $10 success bonus for every client that ultimately signs up from your outreach.

You must have a laptop, high-speed internet, and a noise-canceling headset. Excellent, confident English is non-negotiable because these owners pick up quickly on tone and clarity.
