Deliver Partner Onboarding Specialist

I need a dedicated specialist to onboard delivery partners. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through our processes and ensuring a smooth start.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential delivery partners.
- Explain delivery policies, incentives (focus on earnings and performance), and support channels via phone calls.
- Guide them through the sign-up and document verification process.
- Help with app installation, login issues, and activation steps.
- Resolve basic technical problems related to the onboarding app.
- Follow up on incomplete registrations and encourage completion.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM records accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Experience with CRM systems and call logging.
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Previous experience in onboarding or customer support roles is a plus.
