Dealer Management System (CRM/ERP)

I am looking for a Dealer Management System for a Capital Equipment dealership (farming machinery, construction equipment etc.). We need to be able to manage multiple sites/branches with features to include managing devices (equipment), CRM for sales, parts/inventory (including POS), service jobs, sales, reporting, warranty, finance (we will most likely need API to accounting software) etc. Please research what a DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is if you are not sure...
