Data Entry & Appointment Setting
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m an independent insurance agent and the administrative work is piling up faster than I can service clients. I need a reliable virtual assistant who can take scanned documents and pull the relevant client information into my Less Annoying CRM on an ongoing, part-time basis. Accuracy is critical because these records drive follow-ups, renewals, and compliance.
Once the data is in the system I’d like you to shift gears and book discovery or review calls from the fresh entries. I’ll supply the call script, my calendar link, and clear criteria for who should be scheduled. Most contacts respond well to a quick phone call, but if you prefer email or text first I’m flexible as long as the end result is a confirmed appointment in my calendar.
Typical workflow
• I drop new policy paperwork or lead sheets into a shared folder.
• You extract the client’s name, phone, email, address, and basic policy notes, then enter each record in Less Annoying CRM within 24 hours.
• You tag and note any follow-ups, then reach out to set the first appointment.
• At week’s end you send me a brief recap: number of contacts entered, appointments booked, and any issues that need my attention.
Experience working with a CRM is essential, but I’ll train you on my exact fields and tags. A calm phone manner, strong written English, and a habit of double-checking your work will make this partnership smooth.
If you’re looking for steady, flexible hours and can commit to fast turnaround during the workweek, I’d love to hear how you handle similar tasks and how soon you could start.
