Customized ZOHO CRM

We are looking for an expert ZOHO to assist us in customizing ZOHO CRM to our business needs.
1. We want to be able to assign leads to different Marketing Campaigns and Drip Marketing in Zoho Campaign.
2. When we convert leads it creates the person as a contact and the company as an Account. We do not want this Account should only be a Company/Individual that purchases from us.
3. We have 5 different campaign content that we will need someone to set up in Zoho Campaign and show us how to assign leads to these different campaigns.
4. We want to be able to assign Accounts (Current Client) to different Marketing Campaigns and Drip Marketing in Zoho Campaigns on our cross-selling products.
5. We have 10 different email template that we want to be in the system so we can send to our Clients and Leads
