We take orders of our product through whatsapp and our website. We produce the product in house and make shipment of it ourselves if it's in same city as our production house else we ship it through Aramex.
So we are looking for a customized CRM/ERP system to manage our Sales, Production, Shipment, Inventory, Employees etc.
