Customer Data Entry & Social Promotion

I have a set of customer records sitting in several Excel sheets and I need them transferred quickly and accurately into my online CRM. The fields are straightforward—name, email, phone, address, and a short notes section—but precision is critical because these contacts will fuel our next social push.

Once the data is live, I’d like you to pivot into social media marketing. I already have active Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages; what I need is someone who can schedule engaging posts, write concise captions, and track basic performance metrics so we can spot which messages resonate. If you’re comfortable moving seamlessly between Excel data entry and tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer, you’ll be a great fit.

Deliverables
• All customer information from every Excel sheet entered into the CRM with zero duplicates
• A short hand-off report confirming record counts and any anomalies spotted
• Two weeks of social media posts (images and copy) scheduled and ready to publish
• A simple end-of-week analytics snapshot pulled from the platform’s built-in insights
