I need help streamlining my customer data so every record in our CRM is accurate, complete, and ready for rapid reporting. Your main goal will be to:
• Import raw customer lists, remove duplicates, and fill in missing fields
• Tag, segment, and organize contacts so sales and support teams can target campaigns easily
• Generate a clean export plus a brief summary of key findings or data issues you spot
You’ll be working directly inside our current CRM software—the tool I rely on every day—so proven experience with similar platforms is essential. While I prefer CRM-native workflows, knowledge of Excel or SQL is welcome if it speeds up bulk edits or advanced queries.
