Custom monday.com Solution Design & Implementation

I'm looking for an expert to design and implement a tailored monday.com solution that will replace my current project management setup, which includes Trello boards, Excel spreadsheets, and physical files.
Key functionalities include:
- Central Hub for all contacts
- Accounts board to manage deals from inception to completion
- Integrated management system for contacts, leads, sales, projects
- Dashboards
Currently, we don't have a dedicated CRM software. Customer and project management is done manually and is becoming increasingly challenging. Therefore, the ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with monday.com.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of data analytics and task management tools.
- Excellent design skills to create a user-friendly interface.
- The new platform will centralise all client processes, from lead tracking and sales pipeline management to project execution and reporting. This solution will provide streamlined workflows, automated processes, and actionable insights to enhance efficiency and visibility across all business operations.
