Custom Wedding Photography CRM

Our studio has outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools, so it’s time for a purpose-built CRM that fits the unique rhythm of wedding photography. The system has to pull together four pillars of our workflow:
• Client Management – centralised profiles that store contact info, contracts and notes from first enquiry through album delivery.
• Lead Tracking – an easy pipeline view that lets us log new enquiries, tag their wedding date, estimate value and see progress at a glance.
• Booking & Scheduling – drag-and-drop calendar for shoots, meetings and delivery milestones with automated reminders and conflict detection.
• Invoice & Payment Tracking – create quotes, convert them to invoices, record payments, issue receipts and fire off polite nudges before due dates.
I’ll supply branding assets, sample data and detailed field lists. Source code, database schema and a brief user guide should come back to me fully documented and ready to deploy on a standard LAMP or MERN stack server (happy to discuss your preferred framework).
Acceptance is simple: load the demo site, add a lead, convert it to a booking, schedule the shoot and generate an invoice without touching the command line. If everything flows smoothly and notifications arrive on time, we’re done.
