Custom Sales Automation CRM Build

I’m ready to move our team off spreadsheets and into a purpose-built CRM that focuses squarely on sales automation. The core of the system must streamline how we guide every lead from first touch through closed deal, while still giving us solid contact-management basics.

Here’s what I need the finished platform to deliver:

• Robust contact records with lead tracking, email integration, and full activity history
• A clear, drag-and-drop pipeline manager that mirrors our real-world stages
• Sales forecasting that updates automatically as deals progress
• Automated follow-ups (email/SMS) triggered by pipeline stage or time elapsed

The stack is flexible—I’m open to Laravel, Node, or comparable frameworks—as long as the final product is cleanly coded, well-documented, and easy for my in-house admin to tweak. Integration with common email providers and the ability to hook into future APIs is important.
