I’m building a cloud-based CRM tailored for a real estate environment and need a developer who can take it from concept to a polished, usable product.
The software must revolve around:
• Lead management – capture, track, and nurture prospects through every stage of the sales funnel.
• Property listings – store, search, and showcase listings with photos, documents, and status tracking.
• Client communication tools – email, in-app messaging, and reminders so agents never miss a follow-up.
A key requirement is native integration with major social media platforms so new leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, or similar channels can flow straight into the CRM without manual data entry.
I’m open on the tech stack as long as the final build is secure, scalable, and easy to extend. Clean, well-documented code and a short hand-over session are part of the deliverable so my in-house team can continue iterating after launch.
