Custom Multi-Department CRM Build

I need a ground-up CRM that does more than just store contacts. The system must cover the full customer life-cycle—lead capture, sales tracking and post-sale support—while letting five separate groups work inside one shared database. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounts and HR each need their own dashboard, role-based permissions and workflow automations so data flows smoothly without manual duplication.

I’m open to the tech stack as long as it delivers a modern web interface, robust API endpoints for future integrations, solid reporting and an easy way for non-technical staff to add or edit fields. You’ll handle architecture, coding, testing and deployment, then walk me through a short knowledge-transfer session so my in-house admin can maintain basic settings.

Final deliverables:
