Custom Dental CRM with WhatsApp
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to replace our spreadsheets and manual WhatsApp messaging with a single, web-based CRM built specifically for a dental clinic workflow. The system must keep every patient record in one place, let my reception team book and adjust appointments in seconds, generate treatment invoices, and—most importantly—talk to patients through WhatsApp without leaving the dashboard.
Core scope
• Patient management: full chart, treatment history, file upload, quick search by name or phone.
• Appointment scheduling: colour-coded calendar, chair/doctor assignment, reschedule and cancellation tracking, automatic time-zone handling for overseas patients.
• Billing & invoicing: procedure catalogue, insurance vs. self-pay flags, PDF/Email invoice export, payment status.
• WhatsApp integration:
– Automated reminders that pull data from the appointment module and fire at configurable times.
– Two-way chat inside the CRM so staff can respond without personal phones. Conversation logs should save to the patient profile.
• Access control: role-based permissions. I need at least Admin, Dentist, Reception, and Accountant levels, each seeing only what they need.
Tech flexibility
I am open to the stack you propose—Laravel, Node, Django, or other—so long as it is well-documented and easy to maintain. If you have experience with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, please highlight it.
Deliverable
A fully deployable CRM (source code + database schema) with installation documentation and a short video walkthrough. Once I can create a patient, book an appointment, send an automated WhatsApp reminder, and generate an invoice—all while logged in with the correct role—the job is complete.
