Custom CRM System - Odoo Open Source
Budget: $1,200 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a freelance CRM expert to help us set up a new CRM system based on the Open Source CRM Odoo. The final version must be completed by August 14th. The project is not to be handed off to another developer or completed by a team; we require direct contact with the developer throughout the process.
Our main requirements include:
1. **Contact Management**
2. **Sales Pipeline Management**
3. **Extensive workflows and automations**
4. **Integration with social media platforms**, specifically Facebook and WhatsApp, to ensure messages from these platforms are directly retrieved in the CRM.
5. **Time tracking for employees**
6. **Invoicing management with dashboards**
7. **Accounting with expense regulation**
8. **A chat function for internal communication**
9. **Integrated email functions**
10. **VOIP integration**
11. **Dropbox integration**
12. **User permissions to control access and visibility**, ensuring that partners can only see what we enable.
13. **Appointment scheduling**, replacing reliance on Google Calendar, with automatic availability checks.

- Automated reminders for follow-ups and tasks
- Automatic invoice creation when a certain status is reached in the sales pipeline
- Automatic generation and sending of specific messages or emails based on triggers
