Crm Quality Analyst

Job Description- A well respected company is looking for a contract to hire MS CRM QA. The QA tester will work with scrum team members to complete testing each sprint. The contract will run initially for 6 months with the expectation of becoming a long-term position. We need an individual who works well in a team, can work independently and has the ability to keep up with this fast-paced group. Must be proficient in planning and executing tests – Azure DevOps experience desired. Good communication skills are also extremely important.

What Will You Do?
• Participate on agile team as QA member
• Review and clarify requirements/acceptance criteria
• Identify test scope using risk-based testing
• Create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios on CRM project team
• Log and track defects through to resolution
• Provide estimates for test effort
• Assist in UAT testing phase
• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation
• Generate test data for short and long-term application needs

What Skills Should You Have?

• Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience (highly proficient in planning and executing tests)
• Well-versed in testing methods (ideally some data testing and verification as well)
• Experience in CRM Dynamics 365
• Experience with managing test process through Azure DevOps (desired)
• Experience in Scrum team as a QA resource
• C# Language skills
• SQL scripting background
• Experience with Selenium and ability to understand automation scripts
• Strong collaboration skills, including strong verbal and written communication
• Detail and process oriented
• Logical thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task
Timings- 2-3 hours/weekdays
Experience:- 3-4 Years
