Create ecommerce store with items and landing pages have websites that can copy need alot of research into keywords

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create an ecommerce store for me. Here are the details of the project:
Platform: I would like the ecommerce store to be built on a custom platform or if you have a recommendation. Additionally, I would require the integration of the eBay API to make status updates and generate QR codes for customers.
Design: Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I have a general idea of how I want the store to look. I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the freelancer's expertise in creating an appealing and user-friendly design.
Product Listing: Initially, I plan to list 1-50 products in the store. However, I may add more products in the future, so scalability is important.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience in building custom ecommerce stores

- Ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly design based on the client's general idea
- Employee login area to update status of customers order and communicate with customer until the order is closed out.
