Create CRM database using ZOHO and ZOHO forms

My business sells Assistive technology products and I am looking for someone to assist setting up correct forms, products, pricing, sales flow, reports etc for the CRM system. Looking for someone experienced in understanding sales flow process through to delivery from the lead and also has experience in creating this in ZOHO.
