Configure Zoho Recruit for Recruitment Workflow

I'm looking for a professional who can set up Zoho Recruit for me. The focus will be on managing job postings and tracking applicants, as well as coordinating interviews and facilitating communication with candidates. I am starting fresh with no existing data to be migrated, so this will be a clean setup.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with configuring Zoho Recruit.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
- Ability to create a streamlined process for job posting and applicant tracking.
