- Customization: The UI, fields and modules need to be customized to fit my business operations.
- Automated Workflows: I require setting up custom workflow automation, implementing it on the CRM for streamlined and sophisticated operations.
- Reports: Proficiency in generating Sales, Lead Conversion, and Activity reports will be essential to provide insights about business operations and marketing effectiveness.
- Pipelines and Stage Mapping: There will be a need to rename stages, add custom stages, and set up automations for stage changes to enhance the pipeline management process.
