Complete CRM Setup

DO NOT ask budget read what i need and give me a price and time frame off that information

I am open to other CRM suggestions (i have ZOHO now) looking for one that's easy to use but also inexpensive

The CRM must have the following capabilities
Pipeline
Campaigns
Forms/surveys
Dialer w/ multiple agents setup
SMS/email
Lead distribution (auto connects to dialer)
Landing pages (optional) but should be able to connect to my current wordpress landers

What i need for my CRM
U65 Health & Obamacare Campaign Setup
Dialer setup with 5-10 agents
Pipeline created
Survey/Form
email & social automation
SMS campaign setup
Connect to wordpress or set up a lander

when you bid on this job tell me what CRM you suggest or if zoho is fine - the price you will charge for setting up the campaign - how long it will take for you to set it up and use the phrase word "I CAN SET UP" so i know you read and understand what i need and can do the job - DO NOT just bid low bid the price you would charge and use phrase word thats what I"m looking at
