Compass CRM Leads Integration
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I manage my database inside the Compass Real Estate CRM and have a batch of leads sitting in a CSV/Excel file that need to live in the platform—cleanly mapped, de-duplicated, and fully searchable once they land. I’m looking for someone who already understands Compass workflows and can handle the end-to-end import without risking data loss or corrupt fields.
Here’s what I need done:
• Audit the CSV for missing or inconsistent fields, flag anything that could break the import, and normalise data where practical.
• Map every column to the correct Compass fields (name, email, phone, tags, lead source, notes, etc.).
• Perform a bulk upload, resolve duplicates, and confirm that each lead appears exactly once with complete information.
• Configure any Compass settings required so new leads flow into the right Smart Lists and marketing plans automatically.
• Provide a brief hand-off summary (steps taken, field map, issues found, and how to repeat the import in the future).
A screen-share walk-through at the end will be helpful so I can see the process and replicate it next time. If you’ve migrated contacts for other Compass agents—or built Zapier, API, or custom integrations for similar CRMs—please mention it when you reply.
