Commission-Based Cold Calling Closer

I need a seasoned outbound caller who can open doors with tech startups and carry each prospect all the way to a signed app / website development contract. You’ll own the full cycle: researching companies, dialing decision-makers, uncovering pains, presenting our dev capabilities, and securing the deal.

Compensation is simple—10 % of every project you close, with no ceiling. Work from home on the schedule that lets you hit the phones when founders pick up; your income rises purely with your performance. (Base salary 15k-20k)

Day-to-day you’ll:

• Build targeted lists of tech-startup prospects.
• Conduct strategic cold calls, qualify needs, and book demos.
• Log every interaction in our CRM and keep opportunities moving; the system must fully support Cold calling so your workflow stays fast and organized.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate hand-off to our project team, and follow up until contracts are signed.

I’m looking for someone who already knows how to overcome gatekeepers, keep concise notes, and speak comfortably about basic tech concepts (mobile stacks, web frameworks, MVP timelines, etc.).
