Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries and issues.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client loyalty.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, especially in a B2B context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and convey complex service offerings.
- Experience in a sales or business development role is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
