Caregiver Shift Scheduling CSR
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Five days a week the phones light up with last-minute shift gaps, interview requests, and staffing updates, and I need those calls handled smoothly. From Wednesday through Friday, 1 pm–9 pm New York time, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 am–4 pm, you will be logged in—headset on, CRM open—acting as the first point of contact for caregivers and applicants.
Primary focus
• Reach out fast when a caregiver cancels and fill the open shift, documenting every call inside our CRM.
Additional duties
• Set appointments for job interviews as new candidates are screened.
• Draft and send professional hire and termination letters in Microsoft Word, then file them inside the employee record.
• Keep the main line clear by answering overflow calls and routing messages to the right team member.
Required experience
• Handling high call volumes
• Scheduling appointments
• Drafting professional emails and letters
Tool proficiency
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Technical must-haves
A reliable headset, at least 30 Mbps internet, and a willingness to run a real-time speed test before onboarding.
FLUENT, IDIOMATIC English is essential; caregivers should never doubt they’re speaking with someone LOCAL and INFORMED. Be ready to start this week and to stay present for every minute of the published schedule—no exceptions.
