I need a freelance recruiter who is comfortable getting on the phone, engaging cold or warm candidates, and confirming whether they are open to speak with my business directly. Your goal on each call is simple: spark their interest, secure permission for a follow-up call from our team, and capture the best number and time for that conversation.

I am not asking for a deep screening on work history, availability, or salary at this stage—just a concise, friendly introduction and a hand-off. Once the candidate agrees, note their preferred callback window and any quick observations that might help my internal recruiter pick up the thread.

Deliverables for every successful contact:
• Candidate’s full name and best phone number
• Confirmed time slot for our follow-up call
• Brief notes on their level of interest or key questions

A spreadsheet, Google Sheet, or lightweight CRM export works fine for reporting. If you already use common dialing tools or VOIP platforms, let me know; otherwise, a straightforward phone setup is all that’s required. I will supply the initial lead list (or we can discuss sourcing if you have a strong network).
