Project Description
I need a skilled mobile app developer to create the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a sales call recording and feedback app. The app will help sales reps record in-home calls, transcribe them with AI, and provide coaching feedback, with a summary synced to JobNimbus CRM. It must work on iOS and Android and scale to support thousands of users. Future phases will add advanced AI, but this is for the core MVP.
Phase 1 (MVP) Scope:
Recording: Easy-to-start audio recording with pause option and interruption handling (e.g., pauses during phone calls).
Transcription: AI-based transcription with speaker separation (rep vs. customer).
Feedback: App provides a call summary, insights, appointment score (1–10), and coaching tips based on an AI prompt.
CRM Sync: Post a summary of the recording as a note to a manually selected JobNimbus job (recording stays in cloud, not synced).
Dashboard: Simple interface to view recordings by date, with job details, scores, and playback.
Storage: Secure cloud storage with a 180-day retention period.
Deliverable: A working iOS/Android app covering the above.
