CRM with Inventory & Quotes
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking to roll out a small-scale CRM that lets a five-member team control stock levels and create quotations from the same place. Real-time inventory tracking is essential—I want every receipt, issue, or adjustment to update instantly so no one is ever guessing what’s on the shelf.
On the quoting side, we prefer to build each quote manually, then have the system pull the relevant item data (description, current price, available quantity) so the final document is accurate before we send it. A clean PDF export and a simple status history for each quotation will be enough at this stage.
User management is straightforward: five named accounts with their own logins and basic role controls (admin, sales, warehouse, etc.). The interface should be web-based, fast, and intuitive; if you already have experience with tools such as Laravel, Django, or similar frameworks, feel free to suggest the best fit—you’ll know the tech better than I do.
My deliverable is a working, browser-accessible system on our server, populated with a couple of sample products so we can test stock movements and quotation flow end-to-end. Once I can walk through those two core features smoothly, we’ll call the project complete.
