CRM for industry

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a customer relationship management (CRM) system specifically tailored to our business needs. We will need the CRM to be based on the Salesforce platform and will require storing contact info in the system. The CRM will not need a customer support portal. The deliverable should be a fully functional CRM that meets all of our needs. Freelancers who have experience with similar projects are highly encouraged to apply.
