CRM for Speechtherapy clinic

Hello,
we run multiple speech therapy clinics in Germany and need a patient and physician CRM. We mainly need it to schedule our patients with our therapists. The workflow is as follows:
1. Patients call us (some also use a web form to contacT)
2. We collect data from patients (name, address, email, type of treatment, time availability)
3. We match the patients with our therapists (time availability and type of treatment)
4. Patients should then receive an onboarding email which asks them to sign a few documents
5. 24h hefore the appointment, patients receive a reminder
6.Therapists mark the therapy session as completed. After 10 visits the customer is sent an invoice
7. customer pays invoice

All patients come with a prescribtion from a doctor. So we need another database with all the doctors who prescribed patients to us.
