I'm looking for a freelancer to help configure and maintain a CRM system for my organization. Our current system is home grown, which limits our data tracking capabilities and our ability to understand our customers. We want to upgrade our system and leverage data analytics to better understand our customers to increase revenue.
We have specific goals and objectives that we would like to accomplish with our data analytics. The ideal freelancer should be able to understand our objectives and utilize data collection to help us work towards achieving our goals.
Our data will be visualized in charts and graphs, and the freelancer should be familiar with the range of visualization options available to us. We need someone who is experienced in designing and implementing data visualizations in a CRM system--someone who can manage our data in a meaningful way while ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data.
