CRM Web & Mobile Application

I am looking for a CRM Web & Mobile based Application which must be enabled to Integrate with any third-party application be it any Supply Chain Management Application or ERP. The CRM mobile application must have the option to track the sales representative and with all latest features. The source code is needed for the solution. I will provide more details on the features later upon finalization of Vendor, but all the basic features related to CRM is much needed.
