I need a professional with a strong background in CRM systems to assist in integrating a CRM into my existing booking platform. The goal of this project is to automate customer booking and enhance workflow.
As for the CRM system, I am open to any that will fit my specific needs and requirements, however, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho experience is preferable.
Key Functionalities:
* Contact Management: Ability to systemically manage and track all customer interactions within the platform is a must.
Ideal Skills:
* CRM Systems Experience (Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho preferred)
* Workflow Automation

* Excellent Understanding of Third Party Integrations
